  • The user licence can be used across any machine (even from outside your office). The cost of the user licence is one-off and grants you lifetime access to the software. Unlike other web based software, you OWN the Optimise software even if you opt out of the comprehensive care package.
  • Simple pricing structure and not based on your turnover or number of branches.

Sample cost for a typical two user system

Capital costs: £1,400 (two user licences) + £400 (setup and training) = £1,800
Monthly costs: £99 (first user) + £30 (second user) = £129

Total first year cost: £1,800 + (£129 X 12 months) = £3,348
Total subsequent year cost: £129 X 12 months = £1,548 *

* You OWN the software and can continue using it even if you do not wish support for the subsequent years.
