VAT Adjustment Module (Available Sunday) is a program to automate the VAT Rate changes that you will be able to download and run. We can email you when this is available for download (expected to be this afternoon). If you wish an email notification please send an email with “VAT” as the subject to support@oltd.co.uk. The program may be downloaded prior to the 1^st December. When run it will have various sub-options you can run at times appropriate for yourself.

Note: Before any updates the program will warn you and give the option to continue or not.

VAT Adjustment Module download: Click here to download (Right click and choose "Save Link/Target As" to download the EXE file). Once you have downloaded it to your hard disk, go to the location of the file and double click the file to run it. This will bring up the install.

Note: If your browser gives a warning message about downloading a harmful file, press Ignore or Continue.

VAT Adjustment Module Version 2.0 download: Click here to download (Right click and choose "Save Link/Target As" to download the EXE file). Once you have downloaded it to your hard disk, go to the location of the file and double click the file to run it. This will bring up the install.

Note: This update replaces the previous version released on the 30th November. It performs the same updates, but also will set the correct VAT Rate for any new lines added to existing orders which were defaulting at the old VAT Rate. In addition, Option 5 is now available to update sales order line selling prices (should it be an option that you want to use). If you had already run the previous version, you need to download Version 2.0 and run options 1 and 2.
